I’ve been waiting to share my good news until after the wedding.
That btw went over perfectly!
I’ve said for so many years to my husband.
I feel as though I missed my calling.
I feel as though I have a passion that I need to share with others.
Others besides my friends and family.
I did resale online for over 8 years.
I was successful at it.
Never felt like I was filled or reaching my potential.
I always talked about opening my own store but nothing ever came of it.
I looked at places.
Nothing felt right.
At 61 and in the middle of planning a wedding.
God took the wheel.
He laid it all out.
Everything just fell into place.
I’m a firm believer things happen for a reason.
God's timing, not mine.
I know at 61, some would think it’s crazy to work when I don’t have to.
At 61, what should I be doing?
I’m going to start my own business, a dream is becoming a reality.
I’m going to help people look and feel their best by sharing my gift, my love, my passion for fashion.
I want to thank my husband for supporting me, but also making me make the decision to move forward.
I’m so thankful for my wonderful friends who played a part in guiding me with connections to pull this all together.
And checking in on me.
I’m so thankful for my kids who have been there to cheer me on.
There to help me with every little detail of making this dream become a reality.
I’m mostly thankful for God and his timing for me to pursue a dream. With his guidance I can do anything.
I have found the perfect home to set up shop.
